In an attempt to, for lack of a better word, "cleanse" my mind I've done some serious phone clean up.
Not a whole lot was photographed this week. It started out kinda rough. It wasn't until mid wednesday that the panic attacks settled into a nice neutral, boil. Maybe it was the full moon ? hmm. I dunno. I do feel better though.
Instagram can be great for bringing people together .... when marybethlarue asked if she could use some of my photographs for her website, I was so thrilled! This woman has unknowingly been an inspiration to me for a few years now. I took a yoga class of hers in Venice once but because of distance, couldn't return regularly. However, I continue to follow her blog for her thoughtful insights and her example of a resilient courage to choose happiness and be kick ass everyday. :) xo
my sister got a tattoo and although i was against it... i think its really pretty and it's growing on me. Our grandma thinks its washable.
